Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Innovative AI Solutions websites, products (including Pynk and Onyx), and consulting services. By creating an account or starting an engagement, you agree to them.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for what you ask your agent to do. Agents act only within the permissions and connections you explicitly grant.

You may cancel at any time (dashboard → Manage billing). Paid plans run to the end of the current billing period; we do not bill again after cancellation.

You may request full account deletion at any time — see the Privacy Policy for the 48-hour deletion promise.

No illegal use, no abuse of other people, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling without a written agreement.

AI agents can make mistakes. Outputs are assistance, not professional advice — review anything consequential before acting on it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscription changes and cancellations take effect at the next billing boundary. Where required by law, refunds are honored; otherwise refunds are at our discretion within reason.

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
